"Yunsung F&C (also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) ranks the personal data protection for our customers as a top priority in compliance with the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.” In this Privacy Policy, the Company will provide customers (also referred to as “you” or “your”) with detailed information on how and where we use your personal data that we have collected and which measures are taken to protect your privacy. If this Privacy Policy is to be amended, revised or altered, a notification will be sent or posted on the website.

Retention and Usage Period of Personal Information

Destruction of Personal Information
the information is achieved in principle as follows:
Personal details provided for subscription will be transferred to a separate database (or a separate filing cabinet if printed) and retained according to internal policies and other applicable laws and regulations (see “Retention and Usage Period”); it will be destroyed after a certain period.
Personal information transferred to a separate database will not be used for any purposes other than retention, unless required by applicable laws.
Method of Destruction
- Personal information stored as an electronic file is destroyed using a technical or physical method such that records cannot be reproduced, and personal information printed on paper is shredded or destroyed by incineration.
